Cancellation
To cancel, please raise your request through the enquiry / contact form on this website. A cancellation request made within 3 business days of the end of a service period is processed as a cancellation for the following period.
Refunds
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. For credit-card transactions, funds are returned to the card used at purchase; for payment-gateway transfers, refunds go to the corresponding account.
Airline & Package Terms
